What we take care of
- Identifying and researching the object — origin, background and variants
- Choosing the sales channel — local auction house or platforms like Catawiki
- Establishing market value from realised prices for comparable objects
- Photographing the object — professional photographs or scans
- Writing the description, including catalogue numbers
- Listing the auction lot in the right category
- Handling contact with the auctioneer and bidders
- Settling the sale — payment, packing and insured shipping
- Resolving any issues — loss, damage, complaints, reimbursement
What qualifies
- Minimum expected value of €100
- No counterfeit items
- Undamaged or in working condition (minor jewelry damage can usually be repaired cheaply)
- Ideally complete with box, certificate and purchase receipt
- Must be your own property
How it works

Costs
- For full sales guidance we charge a variable fee, depending on where the item is offered and how much work it takes us to offer it.
- Additional auction costs vary by platform.
- Any discount we negotiate with an auction house is passed on to you.
